CONNECTOR 2021
CONNECTOR is a traditional event, which unites various stakeholders in education (teachers, adult educators, parents, learners, decision-makers).

This year the main topic 'Adult education in a new reality'. We will discuss challenges of our times, influence of pandemic situation on education, new tasks and roles of adult educators and opportunities for their personal and professional growth. We will also talk about the future of adult education.

This year the event will take place during several days - 13. - 16.12.2021. Every day we will meet different experts and work together online from 17.30 to 19.00 EET/16.30 – 18.00 CET.
Aims of CONNECTOR 2021
Every day we will look for answers to the following questions:
  • How to ensure equal opportunities in adult education in the new reality?
  • What will education be like in 2035? How would we like to see it?
  • What new roles and tasks do adult educators have?
  • How can an educator develop competencies for the world of the future without leaving home?
  • How can you use international experience in working with adults?
  • What forms and formats are replacing "courses"?
