Programme summary
Our main aim is to provide participants with the opportunity to explore and experience teacher's and learner's pathways in era 2020+ and explore together how education and learning could help to answer on modern challenges - pandemic, wars, climate change, etc.
Competencies that will be developed by participants of the course
Our main aim is to provide participants with the opportunity to explore and experience teacher's and learner's pathways in era 2020+.
Mindfulness techniques for reducing stress and anxiety
Choosing adequate methods/tools/ways for supporting learning process
Communication skills in multicultural and multilingual context
Developing of personal reflective practice and learning how to use it for fostering positive students' development
Understanding educators role in answering modern challenges such as pandemic, wars, climate change, ect.
Using community learning as way to bring people together
Building on diversity (incl. people from different culture, gender and sexual identity, migrant and refugee backgrounds )
Expected outcomes

* Toolbox for further work;
* Better orientation in tendencies of education in 2020+;
* Tested approaches/methods/ tools for teacher's and learner's new roles in 2020+;
* Inspiration for innovation in teacher's job;
* Better understanding of holistic approach in education during the course;
* Get an overview of education in future;
* Learn and test the ways of a non-violent communication;
* Test new methods of teacher-learner communication and cooperation;
* Consider the ability to relearn/unlearn as well as the topics of resilience, sustainability and diversity;
* Practice connection with environment;
* Experience of holistic approach in education;
* Exchange good practices and discuss challenges with fellow colleagues and the course trainers;
* Learn and work together with educators from different European countries.

Supportive learning materials of the programme will be sent to the participants in advance. The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching effective solutions and inspiration for the participants' practice, discovering experiences of other countries and spending valuable time together.

We make tailor-made programmes according to the organisation's needs if the whole group is from one organisation.

Target audience: teachers, trainers, headmasters, school and education managers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, adult educators, other higher educators, other non-governmental organization staff, public servants, policy makers.

Participation fee: 640 €

Amount includes preparation for the course, training, training materials, organizational costs, cultural and social programme. Accommodation and meals are not included
