Learning discovery
01.08.2026 - 30.01.2028
About the project

Learning Discovery is a project for adults in Ida-Viru County that creates different opportunities for learning, personal development and building skills that are useful in everyday life and at work.

We want to pay particular attention to people who have not studied for a long time, are unsure where to start, or have not yet found the right opportunities for further development. The project will give participants a chance to better understand their strengths and goals, try different ways of learning, develop communication and self-management skills, and plan their next steps in learning and working life with greater confidence.

Over the course of a year and a half, the project will offer training programmes, practical activities and community events. Topics will include future skills, stress and adapting to change, communication and conflict management, digital tools, collaboration and participation in community life.

Project period: 01.08.2026 - 30.01.2028
Project funding: €85,032
